Safety
All our houses have a gas and electrical certificate this is sent to the relevant University each year. A copy of each can also be obtained upon request.There is a full energy performance certificate available to view for each property upon request.
We ask that students do not smoke or burn candles we also discourage the use of fryers these are all significant fire hazards.
Fire extinguishers are supplied where appropriate.
All houses have a full mains operated fire alarm system
